By purchasing a membership and using our platform or entering one of our giveaways, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to the terms and conditions outlined below. Raffle of Blessings may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be posted on the Site. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or the Service.
1. The Services
Raffle of Blessings is a membership rewards platform that offers its members opportunities to win prizes and discounts from leading brands in Australia. Members gain access to a user dashboard where they can utilise the available discounts, manage payments based on their selected package, and update account details. Raffle of Blessings reserves the right to add, change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site and/or the Service shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Support
Raffle of Blessings supports all registered and official Australian Business Partners of the Raffle of Blessings Network. To become a registered partner, please visit info@raffleofblessings.com
3. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Your purchase of a membership to our rewards platform supports the Raffle of Blessings brand and selected charities. Memberships purchased during a promotion period or giveaway are non-refundable. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value. To use certain portions of the Site and Service, you will be directed to register on the Site and create a user profile or account (Account). Eligibility is limited to persons equal to or over the age of 18.
4. Termination of Account
You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your Account, and Raffle of Blessings may stop offering the Service at any time. Raffle of Blessings may cancel your Account at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including your violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Loyalty Memberships
Raffle of Blessings offers an ongoing subscription to the platform that is direct debited monthly until canceled. Memberships provide customers with unlimited access to the platform while their loyalty membership is active.
There are 3 subscription-based membership tiers for the Raffle of Blessings Platform, each offering different benefits.
Bronze Membership - 1 Accumulating Entry per month = $30 a month (equals to $1 a day)
Gold Membership - 3 Accumulating Entry per month = $50 a month (equals to $1.70 a day)
Diamond Membership - 5 Accumulating Entry per month = $80 a month (equals to $2.70 a day)

Loyalty members accumulate entries for every month they are debited, and these entries are valid for every promotion that Raffle of Blessings holds. To see a visual representation of how your entries accumulate each month please see the membership page.
6. Termination of Loyalty Membership
Upon canceling your loyalty membership, which must be done via email to info@raffleofblessings.com, you will remove all future payments and accumulated entries from all future promotional giveaways.
Future Payments and Bonus Entries Removal: We will remove all future payments and bonus accumulated entries from all upcoming promotional giveaways associated with your loyalty membership.
Mailing and Text Lists: Terminating your loyalty membership does not automatically remove you from our mailing or text lists. To unsubscribe from these, please use the associated links provided, as these communications are sent via third parties.
Reactivation and Subscription Continuation:
- Once a subscription is canceled, Stripe does not allow for reactivation, resulting in the loss of all accumulated history for that subscription.
- If you wish to continue your subscription, please follow the instructions in the notification emails provided or log in to the member’s dashboard and update your banking details.
- System Limitations: Please note that the system allows only 4 attempts, which includes any manual attempts by the user to charge the account.
7. Use of Site and Service
You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Site or Service. This includes not making available through the Site any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right of any party.

You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Site or Service.
Prohibited Activities:

Unauthorised access to the Site, Service, or Accounts registered to other users is strictly prohibited.

Content must not obstruct or interfere with the normal performance of another person’s use of the Site or Service.
Unsolicited commercial communication not permitted by applicable law is prohibited.

The participant represents and warrants that they shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Raffle of Blessings to manipulate the contest results.
11.Raffle of Blessings Giveaway Disclaimers
By becoming a member or customer of Raffle of Blessings, the participant agrees to enter the contest and agrees to the disclaimers outlined by Raffle of Blessings.
Individual Dispute Resolution:
Participants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to the contest and promotional gifts will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
Limitation of Liability:
Claims, judgments, and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the contest. Raffle of Blessings will not be responsible for any legal fees incurred by participants.
Waiver of Certain Damages:
Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Additionally, participants waive any rights to have damages multiplied or increased, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.
No Responsibility for Damages or Losses:
Raffle of Blessings, its licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or participant participation in the contest.
Disqualification for Tampering:
Raffle of Blessings reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest, as solely determined by Raffle of Blessings.
Contest Suspension, Modification, or Termination:
In the event the contest is compromised by unauthorised human intervention, tampering, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Raffle of Blessings, Raffle of Blessings reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the contest.
Criminal and Civil Violations:
Deliberate attempts by participants to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may violate criminal and civil laws. In such cases, Raffle of Blessings reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Technical Malfunctions:
Raffle of Blessings assumes no responsibility for problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, software, internet service providers, or email systems. This includes the failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.
Void Where Prohibited:
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Right to Suspend, Modify, or Terminate:
Raffle of Blessings reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the contest in cases of administrative, security, fairness, or operational issues. By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these disclaimers and conditions.
